We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Digital Solutions team: a technologist and trusted advisor who can translate complex customer challenges into fit-for-purpose solutions and present them with confidence at the highest levels, including CxO audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the proposal creation process end-to-end, from assessment and data gathering through scope, solution design, BoQ, and pricing structure.
- Design and present compelling solutions that solve client's challenges and accelerates their digital transformation journeys.
- Partner with sales, technology, service delivery and legal teams to bring Moro Hub solutions to market and ensure smooth contracting and delivery post-award.
- Work closely with partners and vendors to shape joint solutions and demonstrate Moro Hub's capabilities to customers.
- Guide customers and partners in migrating their existing IT systems and leverage Moro Hub platforms.
- Provide thought leadership through public presentations, and technical deliverables.
- Align solution strategies and roadmaps with business strategy, driving consensus across cross-functional fulfillment teams.
Job Specific Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting on solution architectures and technology modernization exercises.
- Expert knowledge of solution architecture, architecture methodologies, and best practices for complex application modernization and hosting.
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, modernization and application migration to cloud.
- Commercial and legal acumen, comfortable with P&Ls, business cases, and the solution/service economy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce solution documents.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Cloud certifications are an advantage.
