Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic relationships with engineering consultants, design offices, and project management firms.
- Conduct technical presentations and product workshops to promote company solutions.
- Ensure company products are specified in BOQs and project documentation.
- Monitor upcoming projects through industry platforms and consultant networks.
- Maintain and update a live specification pipeline dashboard.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to convert specified opportunities into awarded projects.
- Lead product approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure full compliance documentation.
- Manage technical submittals and respond to consultant clarifications.
- Collect and analyze competitor specification activities and influence patterns.
- Provide insights and feedback to Marketing and Product teams to enhance product positioning.
- Organize CPD seminars and technical workshops for consultants and stakeholders.
- Develop technical documentation, case studies, and application guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in specification sales or technical marketing.
- Strong electrical technical knowledge, preferably within similar Low Voltage product portfolios.
- Strong technical credibility in Low Voltage systems.
- Established network with engineering consultants in KSA.
- Good knowledge of local authority approval processes.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at senior engineering levels.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- High level of discipline in project tracking and pipeline management.
