Processing Senior Engineer is mainly responsible for standardization, improvement for manufacturing process in corresponding section/place.
Key Accountabilitie
sMonitoring changeovers to be able to have best practice reference values
.Making the routing and standard speed for every single item
.Creating / updating of processing data sheets (PDS)
.Creating / updating of Standard operating procedure (SOP)
.Understanding the methodology non-conforming cases (Concerning process capability) to help in solution
.In Shop floor trials and approvals, Verifying the execution of supplier recommendations, technical office requirements, processing parameters and checking the readiness of the machine where the activity will take plac
eMonitoring the technical scrap values for different processes on different machine
sMaking the OEE index for production lines on frequent basi
sMonitoring setup times to identify improvement opportunitie
sMonitoring running speed on production lines to identify improvement opportunities which help improving machine performanc
eParticipating in verifying the acceptance & evaluation on new machines
