As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil & Architectural) to support our projects by ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier evaluation, and procurement of construction materials and subcontracting services. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for civil and architectural materials and subcontracting packages.
• Evaluate technical and financial proposals submitted by suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to support procurement and project planning.
• Support cost estimation during the pre-project phase.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper material specifications.
• Handle material selection, technical submittals, and approvals in line with project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Prepare compliance sheets to ensure materials from both approved and new vendors meet project standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain updated procurement documentation and supplier records.
• Support the procurement strategy to optimize cost, quality, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
• 35 years of experience in procurement within construction or contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of civil and architectural materials and subcontracting packages.
• Experience in BOQ analysis, material submittals, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
