We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement / Contracts Manager to oversee the procurement and subcontracting functions. They should have extensive experience in sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
Job Responsibilities & Exposure:
- Possess thorough knowledge of all construction materials, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials.
- Procure materials efficiently in both retail and bulk quantities to meet project schedules.
- Secure competitive quotations and favorable payment terms through strong negotiation skills.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize subcontract agreements within approved project budgets.
- Prepare and justify Purchase Orders (P.O.s) for approval, ensuring selection of the most capable subcontractors well in advance of project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material pricing, and supplier performance.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure reliability and quality.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement with overall project objectives.

- Must have held a similar position or worked as an Senior Procurement Engineer / Contracts Manager.
