Senior Procurement Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to join our growing EPC project team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical procurement expertise, deep vendor knowledge, and proven experience supporting large-scale EPC projectspreferably with exposure to ADNOC and/or ARAMCO projects.

Your Role
As a Senior Procurement Engineer, you will:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects, from requisition to delivery
- Review and interpret technical specifications, MTOs, and project drawings in coordination with Engineering and Project teams
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified vendors and suppliers in compliance with project and client requirements
- Prepare and manage RFQs, bid evaluations, technical and commercial comparisons, and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC / ARAMCO procurement standards, vendor approval lists, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with expediting, logistics, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor procurement schedules, costs, and risks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
- Support audits, vendor performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 20 10+ years of procurement experience within EPC Oil & Gas projects
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment, bulk materials, and packages, Strong understanding of contractual terms, commercial negotiations, and supplier management, Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and MS Office, Demonstrated experience on ADNOC and/or ARAMCO projects (strongly preferred), Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
