We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products
- Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities
- Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.
- Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories
- Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations
- Prepare award recommendations and support approvals
Requirements
- 10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials
- Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments
- Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records
