Senior Procurement Manager

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Location: UAE or KSA Based | Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of our

sourcing strategy, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and supply chain

operations across active projects. This is a hands on commercial role sitting within our

procurement team, with regular travel to KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end procurement across multiple concurrent projects

• Manage vendor negotiations and maintain consolidated rate cards

• Oversee international shipment and logistics coordination, including freight

costing and timelines

• Build and maintain a strong supplier network in China and across the GCC

• Support early stage project planning with cost benchmarking and sourcing

strategy

• Monitor supply chain timelines to ensure on time delivery across productions

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of procurement experience within the events industry

• Demonstrated experience on large scale event operations

• Strong GCC market knowledge across both UAE and KSA

• An established vendor network in China with a solid understanding of

international logistics and freight costs

• Hands On experience collecting and managing supplier rate cards

• A studied background in supply chain, through formal education or professional

certification

• Comfortable with regular travel to KSA as part of the role

• Global procurement exposure beyond the GCC

• Experience working across multiple event categories simultaneously
