Foreground is partnering with a major giga-project organisation in Riyadh to identify a Senior Procurement Manager who will lead procurement strategies across complex, high-value development portfolios. The organisation is scaling rapidly, and they require someone who can manage global vendors, optimise sourcing processes, and ensure commercial discipline across multi-billion-dollar project pipelines.
The successful candidate brings extensive experience in procurement management within construction, mega-projects, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure development. They must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, supplier governance expertise, contract management capability, and a solid understanding of international procurement standards.
