Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead the procurement activities for MEP-related material categories ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives
- Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes
- Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants
- Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
- Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations
- Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments
- Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records
