Key Accountabilities Of The Role

IT Procurement & Vendor Management:

Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned Spend (ca. 100M per buyer), sub-category, assigned vendor base, etc.
Prepare procurement strategy and plan for assigned spend
Year-end spend analysis to identify consolidation & savings opportunity
Stakeholder relationship management (weekly, monthly connects with key stakeholders)
Fully adhere to Procurement P&P and support line manager in closing audit point
Support Category manager in achieving team KPI's (Savings, TAT, CSAT, Contract compliance, etc.)
Enable vendor ecosystem to generate additional revenue for the Bank

Procurement Operational Activities

Running tenders (RFQs/RFPs) for IT requirements, solicits proposals from vendors, vendor communication and negotiation
PO creation and issuance to vendors for execution and delivery.
Create Contract for all engagement and Negotiate terms & condition with vendors
Maintain contract lifecycle and database upto date.
Attending meeting with senior stakeholder and vendors
Coordinator between IT and Vendor management for vendor registration
Ensure the best utilization of SAP Ariba (RFP, Contract Workspace, Reverse Auction)
