Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with project needs.
- Draft, review, and process standard contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor timely delivery of goods and services.
- Execute purchasing plans and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and support onboarding processes.
- Maintain supplier records and documentation within SAP procurement modules.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements.
- Support compliance checks for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years experience in procurement or contract administration, ideally in Oil & Gas or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of SAP procurement modules and ability to execute standard procurement processes within SAP.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPM, or equivalent) are an asset.
