Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Specialist to lead and optimize our procurement operations. This role involves managing complex sourcing activities, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and ERP systemsparticularly Oracle ERPto drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key categories to achieve cost reduction and value creation.
  • Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and long-term agreements with strategic suppliers.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to align procurement with business objectives.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor junior procurement staff and contribute to capability building within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including:

Oracle Procurement Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite: Managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier records.

Oracle Sourcing: Running RFQs, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.

Oracle Supplier Qualification Management: Assessing and maintaining supplier compliance and performance.

Oracle Procurement Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contract lifecycles.

Purchase Requisitions and Orders: Creating, tracking, and managing purchase requisitions and converting them into purchase orders.

Supplier Management: Maintaining supplier records, onboarding new vendors, and evaluating supplier performance using Oracle's Supplier Qualification Management.

Sourcing and Contracting: Utilizing Oracle Sourcing to run RFQs (Request for Quotations), analyze bids, and manage procurement contracts.
