Senior Procurement Specialist (Manufacturing Experience Required)

Role Overview You will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and uninterrupted production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process (PR to delivery)
• Source and negotiate with local & international suppliers
• Issue and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Optimize costs through price, payment, and delivery negotiations
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance
• Prepare purchasing and cost analysis reports

Requirements

• 5 –7 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement (Manufacturing)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• ERP systems & advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
