Job Summary

Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and

product distribution, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize the company's

sourcing and purchasing activities. The role requires a results-driven professional with solid FMCG

experience who can ensure cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and smooth supply chain operations while

maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and FMCG

operational needs.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation,

contracting, and purchase order processing.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service level agreements to achieve cost

savings and value optimization.

  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and

operational supplies.

  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain

operations.

  • Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to support strategic purchasing

decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and forecasting plans for management review.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the procurement

function.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably within FMCG or trading companies.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international sourcing practices.
  • Experience in import/export procurement processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Strong analytical and cost-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
  • Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
