Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize purchasing activities. You will ensure timely sourcing of materials and services, control costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships. You will also support procurement strategy and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing activities and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure timely purchase of materials and services based on operational needs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Review purchase requests and issue purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
  • Prepare procurement reports and performance summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Good command of the English language.

  • Analytical and cost control abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
