Senior Product Designer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of botim, an AI-native fintech platform serving millions of users across payments, financial services, communications, and platform capabilities. This role combines strategic product thinking, strong UX/UI craft, and AI-enabled design workflows.

You will design complex, high-impact fintech experiences where trust, intelligence, speed, and scalability are critical. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Growth teams, you will own end-to-end design execution while contributing to botim's evolution as an AI-driven platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery and concepting through execution, launch, and iteration.

• Design intuitive, scalable user journeys for AI-driven fintech products, including payments, wallets, onboarding, lending, and platform services.

• Translate product strategy, user needs, data insights, and regulatory requirements into clear UX flows and high-quality UI designs.

• Collaborate closely with engineers in agile teams, including rapid prototyping and vibe-codingstyle initiatives to validate ideas quickly.

• Contribute to and evolve botim's design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.

• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.

• Use experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising overall design quality and maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) working on digital consumer products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, problem-solving ability, and measurable product impact.

• Experience designing for fintech, platforms, super-apps, or other complex and regulated environments.

• Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping using modern tools such as Figma.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Data, and Risk teams.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.

• AI-forward mindset: experience using or strong interest in adopting AI-assisted design tools and modern, experimental workflows.
