At BasharSoft, we create digital products that serve and empower millions of users across Egypt and the wider region. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can drive product direction, own complex problem spaces, and elevate our design standards across platforms used by millions.
In this role, you will lead major design initiatives, shape UX strategy, mentor designers, and partner closely with Product Leadership and Engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead end-to-end design for major product initiatives, from discovery and concept development through launch.
- Define UX strategy for complex systems and multi-platform experiences.
- Drive user research initiatives and translate insights into clear, actionable product direction.
- Partner with Product Managers to inform and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Ensure consistency and scalability by contributing to and maintaining the design system.
- Mentor designers and provide thoughtful design reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across product and engineering teams.
- Translate business goals and strategy into effective, intuitive product experiences.
REQUIREMENTS- 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong experience designing complex SaaS platforms and product systems.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product design initiatives.
- Deep expertise in UX research methods and strategic design thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
- Strong ability to leverage AI-powered tools to rapidly explore concepts, validate ideas, and ship MVP features efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with no-code and low-code builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer) to prototype, validate, and accelerate go-to-market execution].
- Experience scaling and evolving design systems across complex products.
- Background working on HR-tech or marketplace platforms.
- Experience contributing to and influencing product roadmap decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end architecture and development concepts.
