Position Overview
The Senior Product Designer leads the design and development of complex product experiences within a fintech B2B environment. This role combines strong UX execution with product thinking, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end to end product design from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems and translate business requirements into scalable UX solutions.
- Design complex, data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, admin panels, tables, and multi step workflows.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and interaction standards.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on research insights.
- Align design decisions with business KPIs and product metrics.
- Mentor and guide mid level designers.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or fintech systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user centered design principles and systems thinking.
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing B2B platforms or fintech products.
- Experience working on operational tools and data driven applications.
- Experience collaborating in cross cultural teams.
