Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process across web and mobile products.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into user-centric design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and apply usability testing insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional Agile squads throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing complex digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience designing digital banking, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Exposure to SME or corporate banking customer journeys.
