Role: Senior Product Manager — 3P Marketplace Platform
Reporting to: Head of Product
Location: Dubai, UAE
About STYLI Marketplace:
Styli is a tech-first fashion & home marketplace for the GCC. Launched in 2019 by Landmark Group, we connect customers to hundreds of thousands of products through an open seller ecosystem. We obsess over customer experience- fast delivery, seamless payments and delightful service while building the region's most efficient, data-driven marketplace.
We aim to create personalized experiences, engaging customers across all touchpoints, and continually expanding our curated selection to meet their evolving need states. We have quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and in India.
About the role:
Styli is growing its private label business across leading third-party marketplaces (Noon, Amazon, Namshi, Trendyol, and more). We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead this charter end-to-end owning the product strategy and execution across cataloging, pricing & margin management, and business growth on 3P platforms.
In addition, you will build Marketplace-as-a-Service (MaaS), a platform that enables other sellers to leverage Styli's marketplace operating capabilities and technology to sell and scale on 3P marketplaces.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce ops, platform product, growth, and monetization, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 3P marketplaces + MaaS, aligned to Styli's business goals.
• Build and improve marketplace core rails.
Catalog pipelines: templates, validations, taxonomy mapping, attribute quality scoring, media/content workflows, localization.
Marketplace integrations: feed/API integrations, error handling, retries, sync health, and monitoring.
Pricing engine: pricing rules, floors/ceilings, promo support, margin guardrails, approval flows, audit logs.
Operational performance: inventory availability signals, order/cancellation rate improvements, SLA adherence, returns reasons insights.
Finance visibility: settlement reconciliation, fees/chargebacks visibility, unit economics, profitability dashboards.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders (Commercial, Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, CX) to identify pain points and prioritize problems.
• Write crisp PRDs, define measurable success metrics, and run an execution cadence with Engineering and Design.
• Create a robust analytics approach: funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and marketplace performance dashboards.
• Influence marketplace growth through product-led initiatives (automation, self-serve tooling, experimentation).
• Build a scalable MaaS proposition and launch plan (MVP v1 growth), including seller experience and internal enablement tools.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure listings and operations meet marketplace requirements.
• Continuously evaluate new marketplaces, integrations, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
• 6–10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail tech.
• Hands-on experience working with 3P marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol) and their catalog/ops constraints.
• Strong understanding of catalog systems (taxonomy, attributes, variants, content quality, bulk edits) and integration patterns (feeds/APIs).
• Proven ownership of pricing/margin or monetization problems (rules, guardrails, profitability reporting, promo logic).
• Excellent analytical ability—comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and data-driven prioritization (SQL is a plus).
• Strong execution and stakeholder management: ability to align Engineering, Ops, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building 01 as well as scaling 1n.
Nice to have:
• Experience building B2B SaaS / platform products (seller tools, self-serve onboarding, billing/fees).
• Knowledge of reconciliation/settlements, marketplace fees, chargebacks, and returns economics.
• Experience in MENA or Turkey e-commerce ecosystems (market norms, logistics constraints, customer expectations).
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS, inventory systems, and supply chain dependencies.
