Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer needs and preferences
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with AI products.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster their growth and development
• Min of 4 years of SaaS product management experience
  
  

What You've Done

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition
• Familiarity with B2B, customer management, data analysis, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Experience working with engineers on deeply technical systems and scalable backend architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a bias for action and customer empathy.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
