Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to own and drive a critical part of Aumet's Pulse product roadmap, with a focus on the Inventory squad. This role will lead product strategy and execution related to pharmacy onboarding, self-onboarding, inventory onboarding, product activation, and trial-to-paid conversion.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a customer-centric mindset. This role requires someone who can translate business goals, pharmacy needs, and market insights into clear product priorities that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Inventory squad within Aumet Pulse.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer needs, pharmacy pain points, market trends, and internal business requirements.
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, success metrics, and actionable delivery plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact product improvements.
- Improve pharmacy onboarding, self-onboarding, inventory onboarding, product activation, and trial-to-paid conversion.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, and use data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and product strategy.
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Gather feedback from pharmacies, internal teams, and market insights to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, marketplace, ERP, healthcare-tech, pharmacy-tech, or operational products.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps, writing product requirements, defining success metrics, and working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product delivery cycles.
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in pharmacy, healthcare-tech, pharmacy-tech, ERP, marketplace, or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with inventory, ordering, procurement, pharmacy operations, onboarding, activation, or trial-to-paid conversion workflows.
- Experience improving product adoption, retention, conversion, or customer activation.
- Strong customer discovery skills and ability to translate user pain points into product opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led, or scale-up environments.

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Product Management, or any related business, technical, healthcare, or product-related field.
- Product Management, Agile, Scrum, UX, or related certifications are a plus.
