Role Overview

We are looking for aSenior Product Managerwithdeep experience in the eGift Card / digital prepaid / rewards industryto lead the evolution of Bamboo Card'sB2B and B2C platform ecosystem.

This role will own theproduct strategy, roadmap, and executionfor ourinternal admin platform and external client portal, ensuring a seamless experience for both operational teams and enterprise customers.

You will work cross-functionally withengineering, design, operations, analytics, and commercial teamsto build scalable solutions that support our growing global digital rewards infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combinesstrong technical product thinking with a customer-first mindset, and is comfortable operating in a fast-growing and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own thevision, strategy, and roadmapfor Bamboo Card'sB2B/B2C platform, including internal admin tools and external client portals.
  • Lead the development and optimization ofContent Management Systems (CMS), Inventory Management, and Pricing Management systemssupporting digital prepaid products.
  • Ensure product initiatives align withcompany growth objectives, operational scalability, and customer needs.

Platform Scaling & Performance

  • Design and implement solutions toscale the platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain arobust, scalable architecture capable of supporting global reward distribution.

Security & Compliance

  • Work closely with technology and security teams to maintainstrong security protocols and compliance standardsfor financial and digital prepaid products.
  • Ensure the platform meetsdata protection, fraud prevention, and operational security requirements.

Customer Experience & Insights

  • Maintain acustomer-centric approach, serving both internal operational users and external clients.
  • Implementanalytics tracking across all product featuresto understand user behavior, identify friction points, and drive data-informed product decisions.

Competitive & Market Research

  • Conduct ongoingcompetitive analysis within the eGift card, prepaid, loyalty, and rewards ecosystem.
  • Identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities to enhance Bamboo Card's product offering.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate withengineering, design, operations, analytics, marketing, and customer success teamsto deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Translate business requirements intoclear product specifications and development priorities.

Metrics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define and trackproduct KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitorplatform performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

Execution & Delivery

  • Ensureon-time delivery of product milestones, including roadmap planning, UAT, product launches, and iterative improvements.
  • Manage the product lifecycle fromdiscovery to delivery and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 610 years of product management experience, preferably indigital prepaid, eGift cards, loyalty platforms, or fintech ecosystems
  • Strong experience in the eGift card or digital rewards industry is required
  • Proven experience managingB2B and B2C platforms

Technical & Product Skills

  • Strong technical understanding offrontend, backend, DevOps, and QA processes
  • Experience working withAPIs and scalable platform architectures
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Experience withAWS or cloud-based infrastructure

Product Tools

  • Experience withFigma, Miro, or similar toolsfor prototyping and product design
  • Experience with product management tools such asJira, Confluence, and Productboard

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience withinventory management or ERP systemssuch as:
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Business Central
  • Katana
  • Experience working indigital marketplace platforms, fintech products, or reward fulfillment platforms
