The UAE Context

Edenred UAE is a fast growing payroll service provider serving more than 15,000 business and more than 2.2 million unbanked employees. We service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions. We offer a unique value proposition for companies to manage their payroll and for employees to receive their salaries and use it in the simplest way offering multiple value added services via our mobile app (money transfer, mobile recharge and card services)

The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will play a vital role in defining and driving product strategy at the heart of a product-centric organization that enjoys the autonomy of a startup while channeling the network and reach of a multi-national company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and diversification of our product portfolio to meet user needs.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create value propositions that solve customer problems and address the needs of our business.
• Own and drive the P&L of the products and services you manage.
• Understand and work towards Edenred's long term strategic vision.
• Cater to the unique segment of customers in the unbanked space, articulating and delivering customer insights to better understand the problem space.
• Work closely with our sales, customer service, and account management teams to analyze the most important problems our users are facing.
• Partner with our engineering teams to define product requirements, ensuring specifications are met and any blockers are removed.
• Use data to make decisions and build strategies around collecting and measuring metrics that reflect the success (or failure) of initiatives in the new market.
• Test and iterate ideas with customers and other stakeholders to reduce the key risks involved in the solution space in the new market.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, owning their priorities, performance, and growth.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• A demonstrated track record of moving KPIs related to your specific Product
• Has taken products from concept to launch and scaled them to meaningful commercial outcomes
• Thrives in ambiguity and makes high-quality decisions with incomplete information
• A strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives
• Strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams.
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and product decision-making.
• Strong People leader that inspires, motivates and coaches.
