Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of the full suite of Business Banking products, including digital channels, lending/asset products, trade finance, and cash management solutions. The role ensures product offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs while driving business growth and profitability. The role ensures seamless delivery of innovative, customer-centric to drive client engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap across channels, asset products, trade, and cash management.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation, business case preparation, design, implementation, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless product solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify market opportunities and risks.
  • Drive product profitability by optimizing pricing, features, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure product performance and customer adoption, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all product initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Business Banking products, representing the function in key governance forums.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing product management culture.
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of digital channels for business banking (online banking, mobile banking, digital onboarding, APIs, etc.).
  • Drive the development and enhancement of digital capabilities to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of new features and products.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve user experience, transaction efficiency, and security.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor channel performance, customer adoption, and usage analytics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and information security requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and product approval documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support for customer communication, training, and change management during digital rollouts.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a high-performing product team.
