Role Overview:As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of our B2B SaaS products. You will be responsible for improving user experience, driving data-informed decisions, and ensuring alignment between product initiatives and strategic business goals. This role requires strong product thinking, a user-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a complex, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision and roadmap tied to company strategy and user needs.
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable plans.
- Write clear epics and stories with acceptance criteria; coach teams on best practices.
- Apply prioritization frameworks to ensure high-impact delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and commercial teams to ensure smooth and successful launches.
- Track product performance and feature success using adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
- Facilitate feature validation before launch through desk research, competitor analysis, or stakeholder/user feedback.
- Mentor junior product managers and promote a product-driven culture across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of the full product lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies, user research techniques, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to bridge conversations across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, SQL, or BI platforms) to support product decisions.
- Experience creating clear product documentation (e.g., PRDs, specs, roadmaps).
- Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS products or supply chain/logistics technology is highly preferred.
