Job Summary:
One of our clients are seeking for Senior Product Manager who is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of real estate products and services. This role bridges business, technology, sales, and operations to deliver high-value residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate solutions that meet market demand and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for real estate products (residential, commercial, leasing, or proptech platforms).
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with development, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and legal teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, use cases, and success metrics.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, launch, pricing, and go-to-market to post-launch optimization.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, zoning laws, and local authority requirements.
- Analyze product performance using KPIs such as occupancy rates, sales velocity, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders, customers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Support executive management with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in product management, real estate development, or proptech.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment models, leasing, and asset management.
- Proven experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and data analysis platforms.
