Senior Product Manager/Product Lead

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Lead to work directly with the founder and turn business ideas into a clear product that designers and developers can execute. The platform combines a marketplace, provider operating system, workflow automation, payments, ERP/finance, analytics and AI. The role is to help decide what should be built, structure it properly and drive it through design and development.

Key Responsibilities

● Work with the founder to define product features, priorities and product boundaries.

● Turn ideas and discussions into clear workflows, business rules and product requirements.

● Identify missing scenarios, edge cases, dependencies and decisions before development starts.

● Define roles, permissions, approvals, statuses, SLAs, notifications and configurable workflows.

● Benchmark relevant products and recommend practical solutions.

● Prepare and maintain the Product Blueprint, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog.

● Define what belongs in Marketplace, Operating System, ERP/Finance and Intelligence.

● Work with the UX/UI designer to ensure the right product is designed.

● Work with the full-stack developer to ensure requirements are clear and buildable.

● Review what is built against the approved requirements and reduce rework and back-and-forth.

What We Need

● 7+ years in product management, product ownership or product leadership preferred.

● Experience building marketplaces, B2B SaaS, workflow platforms or operating systems.

● Proven ability to take an unclear idea and turn it into a buildable product.

● Strong experience with PRDs, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog prioritization.

● Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data models and system dependencies.

● Strong commercial thinking and ability to connect features to customer/provider value.

● Able to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions rather than only document requirements.

● Comfortable working directly with founders, designers and engineers.

Useful Experience

Experience in marketplaces, PropTech, FinTech/payments, ERP, field services, booking platforms, e-commerce, travel, workflow automation, analytics or AI is useful. UAE/GCC experience is not required.
