We're Hiring | Senior Product Manager – B2B Marketplace

At Redington, we're building a next-generation B2B eCommerce marketplace that connects channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers across the technology distribution ecosystem.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap, scale the platform, and lead new initiatives that create measurable business and customer impact.

What You'll Do

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B marketplace platform.

Drive platform capabilities across onboarding, catalog, pricing, checkout, order management, financing, and fulfilment end-to-end.

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business teams to deliver high-impact products and experiences.

Make data-driven product decisions, using customer and business insights to continuously improve the platform.

Act as the Product Marketing lead (PMM) for new features, driving go-to-market and adoption across our partner ecosystem and internal users.

Identify new opportunities, experiment, learn, and scale solutions that drive partner and customer growth.

What You Bring

6–10 years of Product Management experience, including 4–5+ years building B2B marketplaces or digital platforms.

Strong understanding of checkout, pricing engines, product catalogues, and internal user platforms.

Hands-on experience with Agile product development, including PRDs, sprint planning, Jira, and Confluence.

Strong data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management skills.

Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, scalable product experiences.

Bonus: Experience in IT distribution, channel ecosystems, ERP integrations, payments, or B2B commerce.
