About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our RWA tokenization platform. This is a high-impact individual contributor role at a high-growth venture building the infrastructure that enables real-world assets - from private credit and real estate to commodities and funds - to be issued, managed, and traded on blockchain rails.
You'll be deeply embedded in the product - writing specs, mapping workflows, running discovery, and working closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and commercial teams. You sweat the operational details and know how to turn complex, regulated workflows into software that just works.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for core platform modules - tokenized asset issuance, investor onboarding, trading, custody, and compliance - making prioritisation decisions that balance client needs, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
- Identifies pain points across issuers, investors, regulators, brokers, and asset managers
- Define workflows for the full tokenization lifecycle: issuance, compliance, distribution, trading, settlement, and reporting.
- Design user journeys across all user roles - issuers, investors, compliance officers, operators, and platform admins.
- Define the business logic for tokenization and ancillary services - including smart contract behaviour, token standards, permission structures, and transaction flows.
- Convert regulatory, legal, and operational requirements into product features and system logic.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with the clarity and detail engineering teams need to build with confidence.
- Design onboarding and issuance flows for real estate developers, fund managers, and enterprise issuers.
- Prioritise features across KYC/AML, wallets, smart contracts, cap tables, settlement, and reporting - balancing tradeoffs between compliance, UX, scalability, and decentralisation.
- Coordinate product requirements for integrations with custodians, banks, payment rails, identity providers, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Identify operational challenges in platform execution and modify the product accordingly - before they become engineering or client problems.
- Track platform KPIs - assets tokenized, investor conversion, transaction volume, liquidity, and onboarding drop-offs - and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the bridge between deep-tech and blockchain teams and government, institutional, or enterprise stakeholders.
- Benchmark global tokenization platforms and monitor evolving RWA regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-9 years of product management experience as a hands-on individual contributor shipping complex B2B or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to define detailed workflows, business logic, and edge cases for operationally complex platforms.
- Experience building in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments - financial institutions, large corporates, or public sector organisations.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial services, or asset management workflows.
- Track record taking products from 0→1 and 1→N in fast-paced, technical environments.
- Strong systems thinker who can hold the big picture and the operational detail at the same time.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action over process
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with tokenization platforms, digital securities, or on-chain financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contract standards, and token architecture is a strong plus.
- Background in or alongside Big Tech, top-tier consultancies, or venture builders.
- Experience building products for government entities, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, or regulated financial counterparties.
- Experience finding product-market fit in emerging or deep-tech domains.
