Senior Product Manager

Product Manager | Dubai (Onsite)

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale key products across fintech and proptech businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a business owner, is obsessed with customer outcomes, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and business outcomes end-to-end.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive growth and customer success.
• Identify customer pain points through research, data analysis, and direct user interaction.
• Prioritise initiatives based on impact, customer value, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and optimisation across the customer journey.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong track record of delivering customer-focused products and measurable business results.
• Experience defining KPIs, analysing funnels, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, SaaS, or other high-growth digital businesses is preferred.
