Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company OKRs and international expansion goals
Identify core customer problems (vendors and buyers) and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

Execution & Ownership:

Lead cross-functional sprints, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
Drive launch readiness including QA, documentation, training, and performance tracking
Own key product KPIs: activation rates, lead times, self-service adoption, and NPS

Growth & Optimization:

Improve product usability across desktop and mobile (web/app)
Leverage user insights and data to iterate on features (e.g., white-label funnels, tiered pricing, logistics options)
Integrate with tools used by vendors (ERP, inventory systems) and buyers (eCommerce platforms like Salla, Zid, Shopify)

Requirements

Qualifications:

5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain tech business
Experience managing cross-functional squads using Agile/Scrum
Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude
Fluent in both English and Arabic
