Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (Design, Development,

Data, and Marketing) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Lead the prioritization and grooming of the product backlog, balancing strategic value, complexity, and time-to-market.
  • Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify new opportunities and continuous

improvement areas.

  • Partner with the Scrum Master and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product

increments.

  • Oversee feature validation and release cycles, ensuring proper documentation and smooth rollout.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing technical and business constraints.
  • Mentor and guide junior product owners and contribute to product management best practices across the

organization.

  • Ensure that all product initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of progressive experience in product management or ownership roles within a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks, with a deep understanding of digital product lifecycles.
  • Experience with road mapping, backlog management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Google

Analytics (Mixpanel).

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and data-driven decision making.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
