We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biomedical sciences or an equivalent field and a proven ability to grow market share and meet sales targets in the medical equipment industry. This role requires a deep understanding of Neurology equipment, as well as the ability to provide clinical support and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand market share.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Present the product portfolio to customers based on scientific and clinical evidence.
• Keep accurate records of customer visits and report outcomes.
• Attend surgeries and conduct clinical trainings for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field (Medical background is a must).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in Neurology equipment.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Fluency in English is required.
