Elite is Hiring: Production Engineer
We are looking for a qualified
Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with approved schedules.
- Supervise the manufacturing of garbage & linen chute systems and sheet metal products.
- Optimize production workflows including cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with shop drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement to secure raw materials and with Sales & Projects to meet delivery timelines.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvement actions.
- Reduce waste, scrap, and rework through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and supervise production teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 812 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in sheet metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and shop drawings.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Experience in chute manufacturing or construction materials is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Location: New Cairo 1
