Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Analyze production KPIs, machine performance, downtime, and process deviations to implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support process development, equipment upgrades, and production enhancement projects.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Prepare regular production reports and present performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in production/manufacturing environments.
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries: (Copper Manufacturing -Aluminum Manufacturing - Metal Processing / Metal Manufacturing - Glass Manufacturing )
- Strong knowledge of production processes, process optimization, and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience working with continuous production lines and industrial furnaces is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certification.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing or process industries.
- Knowledge of TPM, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with furnace operations, thermal processes, or metallurgical production environments.
