Senior Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Supervise production processes and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve production efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead and guide production engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Ensure proper use and availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Participate in production planning, process improvement, and new product/process implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, planning, and performance improvement.
• Experience in team supervision and production problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
