Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Production Planning Engineer to join our team in Al Sadat, Menoufia. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee production planning processes, optimize resources, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing production schedules, analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. You will also be responsible for evaluating production data and developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliverables aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Planning processes to develop and execute effective production strategies.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to monitor production data, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams across departments and conveying production updates clearly.
  • A background in Industrial Engineering or a related field to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Proven ability to work in on-site environments, adhering to dynamic schedules and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, advanced education or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working within food, beverage, or herbal industries is advantageous but not required.
