Role Description The Senior Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily production activities in glass manufacturing lines. This role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Senior Production Specialist will lead and guide production teams, support training initiatives, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to resolve issues and minimize downtime. The role also involves tracking production metrics, implementing process improvements, and contributing to continuous development of operating procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support customer delivery commitments and enhance overall plant performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to monitor product standards, ensure compliance with specifications, and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, report production issues, and provide clear guidance to team members.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to coach, mentor, and develop production staff, and support onboarding for new team members.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production, preferably in glass or related industries, is highly beneficial.
• A technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles, and basic data analysis for production metrics is an advantage.
• Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
