e are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the establishment, governance, and successful delivery of large-scale strategic programs and mega projects. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in driving complex, high-value initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and executive stakeholder expectations.
This role requires extensive experience working with executive leadership, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing multiple workstreams within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, mobilization, and execution of major strategic programs and mega projects.
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, policies, and operational procedures.
- Partner closely with CEOs, Executive Committees, and Board-level stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective decision-making.
- Drive program planning, budgeting, workforce planning, risk management, and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Technology, and Operations.
- Develop and monitor program KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and challenges while maintaining project objectives and timelines.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and provide executive-level reporting on program progress and outcomes.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives and ensure smooth transition from project implementation to operational launch.
- Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of establishing and leading major programs, strategic initiatives, or mega projects from inception to execution.
- Experience managing projects and programs valued in the hundreds of millions SAR or equivalent.
- Extensive experience engaging with executive leadership, CEOs, and Board members.
- Hands-on expertise in governance, operating models, policies and procedures, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational readiness.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-impact environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across various corporate functions.
