Program Manager/ Resident Engineer – Wet Utilities

About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager/ Resident Engineer – Wet Utilities to lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in project execution, construction supervision, and leadership of complex utilities works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Design,planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure works
- Act in the capacity of Projects Manager, providing overall project leadership
- Oversee Design/construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Manage consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure efficient execution, productivity, and performance
- Drive project schedules, resource planning, and progress monitoring to meet key milestones
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and project quality requirements
- Monitor the review and approval process of technical submittals, methodologies, and engineering deliverables
- Monitoring project costs and timelines to avoid overruns and delays.
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to resolve complex site and construction project's challenges
- Lead coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards and procedures
- Monitor project risks, variations, and contractual matters, implementing mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance updates, and key project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong background in construction supervision and site-based leadership
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
Preferred Experience
- Experience across multinational or international project environments
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contracts (e.g., FIDIC), and delivery frameworks
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and multidisciplinary teams
