  • Collaborates closely with regional stakeholders, payment schemes, and technology partners to deliver secure and scalable card solutions aligned with the evolving Saudi payments ecosystem.

About the role

  • Senior, hands-on program leadership role owning end-to-end strategy, launch, and optimization of card programs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Combines strategic ownership (market benchmarking, business cases, revenue modeling) with strong execution and governance.
  • High-visibility position with direct exposure to senior leadership and ownership of national-scale launches.
  • Success is measured by on-time delivery, regulatory readiness, adoption and transaction growth, and financial performance.
  • Ideal for an experienced program leader who thrives in complex, regulated financial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end launch and management of corporate and consumer card programs
  • Define card program strategy based on market benchmarking and customer needs
  • Identify key use cases such as travel spend management, expense reconciliation, and value-added card features
  • Develop business strategies including revenue projections and cost-benefit analysis
  • Align card product strategy with network, partners, and technical capabilities
  • Oversee program delivery against project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance
  • Design end-to-end processes for onboarding, servicing, disputes, and issue resolution
  • Establish governance structures, escalation paths, and accountability frameworks
  • Identify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing readiness, and compliance with requirements
  • Provide executive-level status updates and stakeholder communications
  • Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation
  • Oversee go-live activities and post-launch stabilization
  • Monitor performance metrics including adoption, transaction volumes, and credit performance
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, CVP revamps, and new card offerings

Must have skills

  • 1520 years of experience in program or project management within banking or payments
  • Hands-on expertise leading corporate and/or consumer card program launches
  • Strong understanding of card products, payment schemes, and related technologies
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Experience building business cases, revenue models, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Strong governance, risk management, and delivery control expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

Conditions
