Senior Program & Product Lead Procurement & Data - 6 months contract
Duration: 6 months initial contract which can be extended.

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior delivery leader to take full ownership of a high-impact Procurement and Data transformation agenda. This role will drive end-to-end execution from strategy through to production deployment ensuring initiatives are clearly prioritised, properly sequenced, and delivered with measurable business outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of product, program, governance, and business operations, aligning senior stakeholders while maintaining disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap across procurement and data initiatives
- Define and manage the product backlog, prioritisation framework, and release sequencing
- Translate strategic business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, finance, governance, and legal
- Establish strong delivery governance, including risk management, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, compliant, and operationally embedded
- Provide structured reporting and insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making
- Drive adoption and ensure delivered capabilities are usable, measurable, and value-generating
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years experience in senior program, product, or delivery leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems, ideally within regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, data governance, or enterprise platforms
- Highly disciplined in execution, sequencing, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable operating at executive level, influencing senior leaders and driving alignment
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight
