The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience delivering complex finance or data programmes in Agile environments and must be available to start within 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex finance and data transformation programmes
- Work closely with the CFO, VP of Finance, and senior stakeholders to align programme delivery with strategic objectives
- Serve as the key liaison between Finance and Data Engineering teams
- Manage programme governance, Agile/hybrid delivery models, risk mitigation, and budget tracking
- Translate finance processes and reporting needs into scalable technical solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams, including finance SMEs, product owners, and engineers
