The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Manages and/or leads the implementation and delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls to support commissions. Leads and guides team members within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence and assigned Hub as required.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage PMO and Project Controls performance across assigned commissions.
- Design and implement frameworks and strategies to strengthen delivery.
- Direct clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on PMO matters.
- Provide expert advice on cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
- Facilitate structured governance, periodic reporting, and performance reviews.
- Develop and manage baselines, monitoring delivery, change, and contingency.
- Lead and mentor PMO and Project Controls team members to build capability.
- Align activity with Mace Control Centre standards, client requirements, legislation, and net zero carbon goals.
You'll Need To Have
- Extensive PMO and project controls leadership on complex construction programmes.
- Chartered membership or progress towards accreditation, supported by relevant degree.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep property or infrastructure expertise.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, influence stakeholders, and embed sustainability.
