Role Description The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Asyut, Egypt. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and supporting overall project delivery in alignment with ECB's standards. Daily responsibilities include tracking project schedules, managing documentation, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and monitoring progress against milestones. The Senior Project Coordinator will also support expediting processes, follow up on inspections, oversee logistics-related tasks, and help resolve operational issues. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent reporting to project leadership.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and experience working as an Expeditor to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to follow up on quality checks and compliance with project specifications.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate the movement and delivery of materials and resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination within engineering, construction, or consultancy environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in an on-site setting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of quality management standards and familiarity with ISO-based systems is an advantage.
