Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior Project Coordinator located on-site in Giza. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and drive project timelines, ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, and manage deliveries of materials and services. Key responsibilities include coordinating project logistics, expediting processes, managing inspections, and ensuring timely execution of all project tasks. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying challenges and implementing solutions for efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, along with the ability to manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery and resolution of bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in Inspection and Logistics Management to oversee quality control processes and coordinate materials flows.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of education technology or academic project execution is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
