We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tier 1 main contractors and a proven track record of delivering multi-billion SAR building developments, including high-rise towers, from project inception through handover
.Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects
- .Direct multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule
- .Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover
- .Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
- .Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, local regulations, and international standards
- .Lead project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change management
- .Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution
- .Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones
- .Drive commercial performance and support contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
- .Mentor senior project teams and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
