About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer (Client Side) with hands-on experience in MEP/HVAC and construction project management. You will manage multiple new build, renovation, and fit-out projects, coordinate with contractors, consultants, and UAE authorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, conduct site inspections, and ensure workmanship quality
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; review shop drawings, RFIs, and material submissions
• Liaise with UAE authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defence, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) for approvals and NOCs
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities
• Review and coordinate MEP/HVAC and architectural/fit-out drawings
• Assist with procurement, cost control, BOQs, and vendor selection
• Prepare progress, technical, and site reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years UAE experience (client-side, developer, or PMC preferred)
• Hands-on with MEP/HVAC coordination on site
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/project management tools advantageous
• Valid UAE driving license
